These Terms apply to all orders, agreements, and transactions between Lights of Lilith and the customer. Any deviations from these Terms are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Dutch law applies to all agreements, and in case of disputes, the Dutch courts have jurisdiction.


3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

  • By placing an order on our website, you make an offer to purchase a product. The order is only finalized when we confirm it via email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

3.2 Prices and Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in EUR (€) and include VAT (BTW) where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Information

4.3 Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.


5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)

As a customer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason (according to Dutch law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

5.1 Return Conditions

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your order.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Some items cannot be returned, such as: Custom-made or personalized products

5.2 How to Return a Product

  • Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing [info@lightsoflilith.nl] with your order number.
  • Return the item within 14 days after notifying us and after we've contacted you.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5.3 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

6.1 Legal Warranty

Under Dutch law, all products must meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability. If a product is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
