At Lights of Lilith, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we are here to help. Below is everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.
Returns and Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, so we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
How to Return or Exchange:
Contact Us: Please reach out to us at [contact] to request a return or exchange. Make sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of why you want to return the product. We will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution for the problem.
Packaging Your Return: If we agree on taking the item back please pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return process.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect but all of this will first be discussed with you before taking action.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund of the damaged item.
Late Returns:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days from the delivery date. If you miss the return window, please reach out to us, and we may be able to offer alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Exemptions:
Some products are not eligible for return. This includes: Custom-made products tailored to your specifications.
